Frequently Asked
Questions

We want you to feel 100% confident in booking our services, naturally you may have some questions you would like answering.

We hope that our list of FAQ's can answer your questions however if not, please do not hesitate in getting in touch.

Why do you price by job and not by an hourly rate ?

From being in the cleaning business for as long as we have, we've realised that no two jobs are ever the same, even when its the same house but on a different day! Many of our competitors charge an hourly rate which often results in the client paying much more than they were expecting. Or worst, coming home to a half clean home because they under estimated the time it would take to clean, booking an insufficient time, resulting in the cleaner only working for the hours booked. We don't believe this is fair for our clients or staff.

With our pricing our clients know exactly how much they are paying with the confidence in knowing their home will be cleaned to the highest standard.

Can I book a cleaner outside your normal working hours?

Yes, unsociable hours bookings can be made over the phone or via email. Please contact us explaining your requirements

4

Not sure if I need a deep clean, is there a standard clean option?

From research we have found that what many of our competitors refer to as a 'Deep Clean' is what we provide as standard. As a result we have changed the name of our standard clean to deep clean. We want our clients to be able to make a realistic comparison between Sweep and Shine and other cleaning companies. We are extremely confident that our prices and quality are the best out there.

5

Can I have the same cleaner every week?

We love consistency!

We aim to build amazing relationships with our clients. When booking a plan, clients are paired with one cleaner. If a client request a particular cleaner we try our very best to accommodate
